1. What is a Resolution?
Explicit Confirmation
Requests where the user confirms that their issue is resolved with a message such as:"Great, thank you", "OK", "Good", etc.
Implicit Resolution
Requests where the user does not ask any follow-up questions after the last response from the Verba agent.
2. Smart Handoffs
Verba routes the request to the appropriate procedure for execution (e.g. account opening).
Full context is provided (conversation + intent) so your human agents can pick up exactly where the AI left off.
How Billing Works
Only Success
Only successfully completed requests are charged.
Per Conversation
You are charged once per conversation, even if multiple requests are resolved within it.
No Wasted Spend
No charges for unsuccessful or incomplete interactions, or when the user explicitly requests to speak with a human agent.
